Prices listed in this brochure are subject to change without notice. The prices reflect the charge for a one day rental. As a courtesy, you may pick up items the day before your event and return them the  day after if they are available. Weekends are also considered a one day rate. Please call for special weekly and monthly rates if equipment is needed for a longer period.

Reservations:

Reservations may be made by phone or in person. A nonrefundable reservation deposit of half the rental amount is required at the time of reservation. This deposit goes toward the cost of the rental and guarantees that your order will be held exclusively for you. We suggest that you not make reservations if you are not sure of your needs.

Delivery and Pick Up:

Please call for delivery and pick up rates. All rates are quoted for portal to portal delivery and pick up. Additional charges may apply if the equipment must be carried up stairs or for long distances. All equipment must be stacked and ready to go for the pick up crew. If set up and breakdown of tables and chairs is needed this must be arranged in advance through the office.

Clean Up Charges:

Wax will ruin linens. Replacement charges will apply to any linen returned with wax on them. All dishes, flatware, and glassware must be returned rinsed free of food and in their respective containers. All linens should be returned dry and free of food. All concessions and cooking equipment must be returned clean. A refundable clean up deposit may be required on some cooking equipment and concessions equipment.
